Student Ambassador, Michael Czupryna

Special thanks to those who prayerfully supported me for my People to People, Int. trip to Europe. It was a wonderful opportunity and I am so grateful I could go. I am now considered an alumnus of People to People, and an official member of the Society for Global Citizens! Many, many thanks. ~ Mike Czupryna

Mike was selected as a Student Ambassador for the world-wide People to People International Program and will be leaving on July 19th for a 19 day "European Discovery". He will be visiting France, Italy, Austria and Switzerland, with a home stay scheduled in Germany. As an example of American youth, Mike will have educational opportunities as well as visiting many of the historic sites of the world and earning college credit.

This delegation includes 38 students, grades 9-12, from Central New York and are chosen through a process of interviews, essays and scholastic achievement. Mike will be a sophomore at New York Mills Jr-Sr High School in the fall. He is the son of Steve and the late Kirsten (Prentice) Czupryna, and a member of Morning Star UMC Chancel Choir and Youth Fellowship.
