The regular meetings of Elizabeth UMW are scheduled for the fourth Wednesday of each month September through June at 11:45 a.m. at the Frankfort Church.  Bring your lunch if you wish.  Dessert and beverages will be provided.  All women from the Parish are invited to attend and enjoy the fellowship.

The first meeting this fall will be September 28 when we will be determining some of our activities for the year.

All women of the church are invited to attend our meetings and share in worship and fellowship.

The Ruth United Methodist Women has reformed, currently meeting on Thursday evenings at 7 pm, following the Pot Luck supper. Our first big project is our annual Christmas Carousel. We have planned to make several gift baskets to sell, so if you have any homemade items to donate for gift baskets, it would be very much appreciated.  Some suggestions are: knitted or crocheted items such as lap robes, baby sweater sets, mittens, hats, dishcloths, dish towels or  scarves.   Other ideas could be homemade jams, jellies, pickles, relish, etc.  We are planning several booths and could really use everyone’s help!  Workers are needed to man the booths and donate items to sell. 
We also need a group to prepare and sell lunch from 11 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.  This has always been a very popular event in our church and we hope that this year it will be bigger and better than ever.  Won’t you please help?
