The youth group has been active celebrating various events.  For Mother’s Day the youth handed out carnations to all mothers following church along with a special prayer for mothers.  Father’s Day each father received a candy bar with a special wrapper.  Our High School graduates were recognized and received a small gift.  Cake and punch were served honoring  both fathers and graduates.  Thanks to the Elizabeth and Ruth UMW’s for providing refreshments.  The youth group recently tried their mining skills searching for diamonds at the Herkimer Diamond Mines.  Treasurers were found by all.

The end of our year event is being planned for the MYF members and families for Wed. July 7th with a day at Water Safari. For information call Barb or Lori.  We would appreciate a head count to plan on car pools.

We've enjoyed working with the youth and hope to see more youth next year.  Have a great summer.
