150th Anniversary Celebration

The Ilion church celebrated the 150th anniversary of the October 1, 1864 laying of the cornerstone for the church on Sunday, November 2.  A special worship service was held at 10 a.m. followed by a roast pork dinner attended by over 100 members and guests.   A delicious cake made by Naomi Warner was enjoyed by all, and a framed certificate was presented to Rev. Robert Wollaber by Ilion mayor Terry Leonard.
